Please note there will be a $20.00 onsite registration fee.
Please remember to bring two (2) forms of Business I.D. and one (1) form of Personal I.D. to receive your new Gift ID badge.
The requested ID can be any of the following:
Business ID
- Personal business card
- Company order form
- Company cheque or bank statement
- Supplier invoice
- Business registration certificate; or
- Company building lease
Personal ID
- Your driver's licence
- Your passport; or
- Your credit card with personal photo attached
If you wish to register by phone, please call 0900 39767 (cost of $2.95 + GST for the
entire call will apply). You will still be required to take the 3 forms of ID to the Fair.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY:
- The Gift Fair is a trade only event – genuine trade buyers only will be admitted
- All visitors have to wear their badge visible at all times
- NO product may be removed from the Fair – the Fair is for company ordering ONLY, no personal shopping
- Children under 16 will not be admitted. Babies in backpacks will be admitted but no strollers or prams
- NO photography or video is permitted at the Fair
- It is not permitted to sell or distribute marketing material to exhibitors
- The Westpac Arena is a Smoke Free Zone
- Accompanying Guests will be admitted to the Fair only on Sunday and Monday
