Your Info Salons assigned on-site teams set up and manage all computer equipment and personnel for registration and other front of house services. We ensure the smooth running of services throughout the event.

Data Entry Stations

Our stations are set up in your registration area. Each station contains two screens, one for the operator and one for the visitor to view exactly what is being entered. This ensures accuracy of entry. All stations are networked.

E-badge terminals

The e-badge registration process is a fast, efficient and simple onsite registration method that allows delegates express entry into an event. A delegate need simply produce their printed confirmation letter on-site at an event and have their bar-code e-mail scanned to receive their printed bar-coded badge for express entry into an event.

Self Registration Booths

Info Salons Self Registration Booths allow your visitors to personally enter their registration details on-site directly into the database. The self registration terminals are highly presentable and easy to use. After a visitor enters their own details, their name badges are produced instantly and available for collection as they enter the event.

Entrance Control Scanning

Once the visitor has their name badge, either through the mail after pre-registering or from our efficient on-site staff, they proceed to the entrance. Our entrance staff then scans the card. Those events using magnetic strip cards pass them through our specially designed gates while those using bar-coded cards have their cards read by one of our staff using a barcode reader gun. The systems are designed to quickly handle and process large crowd.
