Conference Registration
Conference Delegate Pre-registration offers an online
registration page where visitors can pay for sessions or
entrance fees for your event. This is a secure site with an
automatic calculator that works out the exact amount the visitor
needs to pay.
Visitors need only enter their credit card details and the payment will be immediately processed via our e-payment gateway.
Delegates may also register via Fax or Post. Info Salons™ will provide you with online
reports, accessed via PDF, offering you the full pre-registrations
statistics.
Conference
registrations pages can be customised and branded to your event
needs. Sessions, marketing questions and additional activities can
be included on the conference registration page.
Pre-Printing Name
Badges
Your Info Salons-assigned pre-event contacts will work with you to
produce a badge that is tailored to your event. Badges are available
in different colours, size and style (see consumables/badges page).
Conference Pre-registration offers you the opportunity to pre-print
badges for collection on-site.
Reminder Fax E-Mail & SMS Broadcast
Our
specialized broadcasting facilities can be used to broadcast fax,
email or SMS reminders to all pre-registered visitors.
Post Event

Conference
Post-event a staff member for two weeks will follow-up on
receipts/collection and reconciliations. All conference reports
finalised and delivered to you in Excel format.
