REGISTER TO ATTEND

DO I NEED TO REGISTER?

Yes, unless you already have one of the following Gift Industry Cards from an earlier fair. If you have one of these cards you are already registered, simply scan your Gift Industry Card onsite to allow entry.

HOW DO I REGISTER?

Please complete the online registration form, click submit, and then return a copy of your registration confirmation with your business & personal identification documents:
  
  • 2 × Business documents that identify your business and prove its involvement in the gift industry. You must provide at least TWO of the following items:
    - Business card OR company letterhead
    - Invoice from gift supplier
    - Business registration documents
    - Company credit card
    - Company order book


  • 1 × Personal document with photo ID that clearly identifies you, the visitor, who will be attending the fair. You must provide one of the following items:
    - Drivers license
    - Australian Government issued ID card
    - Passport


  • Printed proof of your ABN
Return the registration confirmation and copies of documentation to us through any of the following methods:

  *IMPORTANT: Please note that registration closes at MIDDAY on the last day of the Fair.
 

WHAT IF I'VE LOST MY CARD?

Please call us on +61 2 9211 7544 for a replacement card. There will be a small replacement fee of $15.
  

FAIR POLICY

  • TRADE ONLY
    Reed Gift Fairs are trade-only events, only open to retailers within gift and associated industries. In order to be eligible to attend you must provide proof that you are a currently operating business.


  • PROFESSIONAL CONDUCT
    Your name badge must be worn and be clearly visible at all times. Reed Gift Fairs expects professional conduct to be maintained at all times and reserves the right to revoke the badge and Fair privileges of anyone behaving in an inappropriate manner.


  • OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH & SAFETY
    Prams, strollers, luggage or shopping carriers on wheels are not allowed under Occupational Health & Safety regulations, unless approved by Reed Exhibitions, prior to the fair. Please call 02 9422 8686 for further information.


  • CHILDREN
    Children under 14 are not allowed entry. Babies are allowed provided they are carried.
    Call 02 9422 8686 for information on Pram Passes. A children's activity centre operates during Fair hours (conditions apply).


  • GUESTS
    Each registered visitor may bring ONE guest to assist on the day, except for the final day when guests are not permitted. Your guest does not need to fill out a registration form, simply ask for a guest pass when you arrive at the fair. If you choose to bring a guest to the fair they:
    • Must stay with you at all times
    • Cannot order or purchase goods under any circumstances
    • Cannot attend the last day of each fairs
    If any of these rules are broken your guest may be asked to leave the fair.

    No accompanying guests are permitted on the last day of the Fair.


  • NO CASH SALES
    Reed Gift Fairs does not support cash sales at its Fairs which are TRADE ONLY events.


  • NO PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEO RECORDING
    To protect the privacy and confidentiality of exhibitors, no video or still photography is permitted.


  • NO SMOKING
    No smoking anywhere within the venue.
