With the Info Salons Conference & Accommodation team looking after your delegate registration process you can be assured of an efficient, accurate service allowing you to focus on the more important tasks of organising and managing your conference.

Conference delegate registration can be complicated even for the most experienced organiser and PCO. Money processing, data entry and accommodation bookings, combined with providing satisfactory service levels and a user-friendly method of registration can be a demanding task for anyone. The Info Salons Conference & Accommodation team will put your mind at rest by offering you a realm of invaluable knowledge, experience and commitment for your next event.

On-site our Conference & Accommodation team ensures delegate registrations are processed efficiently and our friendly staff provide support to both the organiser and delegate throughout the duration of your event.

Steven Thorne, Group Manager of our Conference & Accommodation team, brings over 10 years experience in the field, both from an organiser and supplier perspective. The team is composed of seven full time staff supplemented with part time staff where required.

Our team can also advise on solutions for ticketing of social functions and associated education programs.  We can also offer tracking of your delegate’s attendance at the event along with provision of PD point allocation.

Complementing the registration services, our Accommodation team provides a value added service for your delegates. Our Accommodation Manager negotiates the best room rates in a variety of hotels and manages the complete process both with the hotels and with your delegates.
