Access Cards
Australian Gift & Homewares Association (AGHA) issue all buyers visiting their fairs
with a Gift Industry Card, which must be kept to allow the holder access to any future
Home & Giving Fair.
At each fair you attend, your Gift Industry Card will be scanned to check its validity
and you will be issued with a Show Card, valid for entry to the current fair only.
Registering Prior to the Fair
You may complete and return your Home & Giving Fair Registration Form (on the following
page) up to three weeks prior to the next fair and we will mail your Gift Industry
Card to you.
You will need to enclose copies of three forms of identification - two forms of
business ID, and one form of personal photographic ID, plus your Australian Business
Number (ABN). Your business and personal forms of ID must be supplied from the list
to the right.

Business ID can be any two of the following:
- Business registration certificate
- Business cheque book
- Business invoice
- Business credit card
- Company letterhead/business card (one only)
Personal photographic ID can be any of the following:
- Drivers licence
- Personal credit card
- Passport

Registering at the Fair
You can register at the fair by supplying your ID as set out at left and completing
the form when you arrive at the fair. If your contact information changes please
advise our registration company (see back of Gift Industry Card) who will update
your details accordingly.
All buyers who do not have a Gift Industry Card must register.

you have read the Privacy Notice, tick the box to reveal the online registration

Gift Industry Card
You will receive this card when you pre-register up to three weeks prior to the
fair.
Register on site and your Gift Industry Card will be mailed to you after the fair,
but you will receive a Show Card to allow you entry.
If you have lost your Gift Industry Card please contact Info Salons on
(02) 9211 7468.

Show Card
This card is issued at the fair once your Gift Industry Card has been scanned to
allow entry. At each fair you attend you will be issued with a new Show Card valid
for entry to the current fair only.
Onsite registration and Show Card collection closes at midday on the last day of
the fair.

Guests
Each registered buyer may bring one guest to assist with their ordering. Your guest
will be issued with a Buyer’s Associate sticker at the fair and must accompany
you at all times. No Buyer’s Associates will be admitted on the last day of
the fair.

This is a trade only event restricted to genuine businesses in the gift and homewares
industry.
No cash sales are allowed

AGHA acknowledges and respects your privacy.
The information you provide is being collected for the purpose of
processing your registration or enquiry. The provision of the information requested
is voluntary. However, if you do not provide the information requested, we may be
unable to process your registration.
We will use the information to keep you informed about products,
services, offers and upcoming events and to improve services to you. AGHA and Reed
Exhibitions will share the information from your registration form

to facilitate your entry into AGHA and Reed Gift fairs and allow them to provide
you with information. However, neither will send you information about these products
or services if you ask us not to.
The information you provide will be stored by Info Salons Australia
on our behalf.

you or do not want to receive information about other products, services, offers

AGHA and Reed Gift Fairs may also provide information about you
to third parties for the purpose of providing you with direct marketing offers,
which we think may be of interest to you.
You have a right to access the information we hold about you.
