Where do I collect the Tracker from at the show?

Info Salons has a tracker support team on-site throughout the event.  They are located at the Registration Desk which is operated by Info Salons.  The tracker will be available for collection during set-up and before the commencement of the exhibition. Our Tracker staff will show you how to operate the tracker when you collect it.  There is a mobile "Hot Line" number listed on your tracker if you need assistance and Info Salons Tracker staff will be onsite throughout the entire show to assist with any queries and deliver more paper if required.

How do I access my leads?

Info Salons will send you an email broadcast post event containing a link, username and password which will allow you to access to all your leads. Simply follow the steps below:

• Click on the URL that our Info Salons emailed to you post show
• Enter your Username & Password
• You will be directed to the full list of the leads that you scanned during the event
• You can Select All Leads and Download them into an Excel file
• Or you can Email all your Leads directly from this application
• You can even add Tasks and Follow Ups

What is difference between a Desktop Tracker, mobile/mini and MC50 tracker?

Info Tracker (2D)

The Desktop Tracker prints out visitor information to paper and can store it directly onto its internal disk. No PC is required at the exhibition. The Desktop Tracker has a large number of additional features to assist the exhibitor in managing the leads, i.e. an electronic qualifier module to define lead profiles.

Mobile/Mini Tracker -  is a hand held, battery operated, lead retrieval device, it saves to disk and has 20 pre-set customer qualifiers which can be customised. It does not require power.  There is no paper print out with this tracker.

Info Tracker (MC50-PDA) - The state of the art MC50 Tracker now includes advanced applications allowing further editing capabilities to leads collected onsite.
